It’s so easy to let our exercise and self care be the first thing to slide when exhaustion sets in. It’s like a vicious mind game, being to exhausted to fill your cup but that’s the only thing that will give you the energy to push on.

I have received received endless inspiring advice over my life, and the wisdom that has stuck with me was delivered in a thoughtful way. Be the person that makes a memorable, positive impact on others.

The battle of urgency is ever present, to the point that starting on one task can quickly lead to switching tasks for fear of missing something more urgent.

It’s easy to downplay our success. There’s always someone doing it bigger or better but really, they’re just doing their own version on their own timeline.

Ever look back at old work and think ‘oh my, that’s not great’… Does it make you feel a little cringe. Well guess what? That’s perfect! If we looked back at all our past projects and thought they were the best, then we wouldn’t be progressing.
